Redevelopment of commercial building to provide a 7 storey, 300 No. bed purpose built student accommodation with shared communal facilities for use by Kingston University. The design required high quality fittings, furniture and equipment to meet the Clients expectations of premium student accommodation. All units were fitted with en-suite facilities. The scheme is required to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard and used a CHP based energy solution supplemented with photovoltaic panels on the roof.
