Welling has always recognised the influence that good building design and specification has on reducing pollution and improving the environment. We have developed and extended our skill base and expertise so that we are in a position to offer a valuable service in the area of sustainability.
The Practice has a team which specialises in Code Assessments and providing technical and financial advice in relation to emerging sustainable technologies. We are regularly appointed by Developers and Housing Associations to assess their new build developments and provide advice with regard to the most practical and cost effective solutions to meet the minimum mandatory standards.
