Building Design
The Practice provides building design services in relation to works on existing buildings. This includes alterations and extensions as well as projects involving conversion and refurbishment works. Our design teams would normally be lead by a Chartered Building Surveyor with the assistance of architectural technologists.
Projects range from office conversions to re-planning of hospital wards as well as extensions and major over-roofing schemes. The Practice has also been involved in a number of estate modernisation projects some of which have involved working on prefabricated houses as well as tenant in place projects. This aspect of our business dove-tails very closely with our building surveying services as referred to earlier but in addition we provide the following services:
