WELLING is a dynamic and diverse Partnership offering Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, CDM Co-ordinator and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor services across a number of sectors including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Health and Education as well as Developers and Commercial clients. With offices in London, Southampton and Exeter we are able to cover the whole of Southern England and the South West.
Personal service and client satisfaction are central to our business ethos. Everyone at Welling is client focused and pro-active. Consequently a very high proportion of our commissions are generated by referrals or repeat business. The Practice has also been selected to participate in a significant number of national Framework Agreements. We have gained a highly respected reputation and track record in our core market sectors by consistently demonstrating our ability to deliver best value consultancy advice that is professional, of the highest quality and tailored to meet the needs and requirements of our clients.

History
Welling was founded by Rocco Russo, a Chartered Building Surveyor, in April 2000 following a re-structuring of his former consultancy Practice that had been trading from offices in Southampton since 1985. As part of the re-structured business David Wagg, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, and John Tubby, a Chartered Building Surveyor, were invited to join Rocco as equity Partners.
The formation of the new Partnership started a period of organic growth and controlled expansion resulting in an increase in our market sectors, the range of services offered and wider geographic coverage. The Practice currently has strategically located offices in London, Southampton and Exeter. Each of the locations has been selected to take advantage of excellent road, rail and airport links. This allows us to provide responsive and effective coverage serving the whole of Southern England and the South West.
The Partnership has always adopted the TEAM approach to general business management and service delivery. This approach also has significant benefits when managing external teams and construction projects. Years of personal experience have proven that the TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) approach is an important catalyst for originating sustainable and enduring solutions and developing strong working relationships.
